Before you start working on a one of a kind Photo Book, we suggest logging into your current account or creating one.
By doing this simple process, it will allow you to save time and frustration by being able to save your Photo Book progress. If you do not log in or create the account, you could possibly lose all the hard work you put into making a wonderful and memorable Photo Book. Once logged in, we also recommend using a desktop over mobile for a better experience and more nuanced features while building your amazing Photo Book.

Would order againI got two sizes of the photo book, and I like this one best. Being able to personalize the cover is nice. The only negative is that I wish there was an option to change the text boxes to photo boxes. I didn't want text, and now there is this odd empty spot on some of the pages. But overall, I'm happy with this souvenir from a great trip.

The system can be a pain, but the product is worth it!The user interface can use a lot of improvements, but being able to make different folders for different books, or being able to sort them by date instead of pure randomization. Also, I accidentally pressed "back" on my browser and lost the book I have been working on for over an hour (even though I had been "saving" it). There were also preset layouts that I would have loved to add to my book but there is no place those are located so once you change the one they give you the original is gone forever. So I hope they will make some basic improvements to their system, because other than that I LOVED the product! I loved the themes they had, the stickers and embellishments, and they turned out so well and are cheaper than most of my Shutterfly books.

Disney wedding and honeymoon !We recently got married in Disney world and had our honeymoon there. We wanted a special way to celebrate it. And this was absolutely perfect! Very great book! We loved how customizable it was! It turned out absolutely perfect!

What shipping options do you offer?
Canvas, jewelry, photo books, and pillows ship within 5 business days.
All other products ship within 2-4 business days.
We offer the following shipping options, which do not include processing time:
Economy Shipping: 8-10 business days (Not Trackable)
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
2nd Day Shipping: 2 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business days
Orders placed after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Domestic shipping time estimates apply to the contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and United States Territories may take additional time to ship.
We strive to ensure all orders ship on time and appreciate your patience while your order is on its way. Shipping delays encountered once the item is with the delivery carrier are out of our control. Shipping times are estimates only, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed at this time. Refunds will not be granted for orders delivered past the estimated delivery date.

How do you calculate shipping costs?
We calculate shipping costs based on the destination, physical size of the order, quantity of items in the order and shipping method chosen. To find out the shipping cost of your order, please upload a test image and add the number of items you think you might order to your cart and click "proceed with order." Once you get to the next page, you will see the shipping total for each option that we offer to the destination currently selected as your "ship to" address.
