    How do I use the photo editor to edit my photo on any personalized item?

    Where are my photos?

    1. Login to your account
    2. Choose a product and click 'Create Now'
    3. On the next screen click on the option to 'Choose Photos.'
    4. Under this option there will be an album called 'Ezprints Archive' that contains your migrated photos.

     

    How do I Upload Photos?

    1. Find the product you want to order.
    2. Click on 'Create Now.'
    3. On the following screen, click on 'Choose Photos' or 'Upload'.

     

    Can I use ezprints.com albums for photo storage?

    You are welcome to store your photos on ezprints.com for a limited time until you come back and complete your saved or unfinished projects. However, your photos will not be stored on the site indefinitely, so we strongly recommend you have a backup of all your photos elsewhere.

    Where do I put in my promotional code?

    When you add an item to your Shopping Cart, you will see a screen with your Order Summary on the right. You will also see a box and an 'Discount Codes' button below the list of items in your cart. Please enter your coupon code in the box and click on 'Apply Coupon'. Your discount and the updated price will then show up under Order Summary.

     

    How do I know what I will be charged for shipping? What are your Shipping Rates?

    The best way to check shipping charges is to see the shipping total in your Shopping Cart.

    When you click on 'Check Out' you will be taken to a page where you can choose your shipping option. The price for the option you choose will be updated instantly. We offer Standard, Express, Second Business Day and Next Business Day shipping options. Not all shipping methods are available in all areas.

    We calculate shipping charges based on the destination address, product combinations you order and the shipping method you select. Not all of our products will ship in the same type of containers and some products in your order may require separate shipping containers. This will impact your shipping total.

    How do I order prints of all the photos in my album?

    1. Hover over the Prints & Panos tab in the top nav. Click on Prints.
    2. Click on Create Now.
    3. Click on the print size you want. If you wish to change size or finish click Change Product and choose type and finish in the drop down menus.
    4. Click on the album that has the photos you want to print.
    5. Click 'select all' on the upper right. An orange check appears on every image thumbnail in your album. The right side of the page will be updated with the images you selected, the price, quantity and the option to remove individual images. You can edit the quantity and adjust the crop of individual images.
    6. Click on Add to Cart when you have finished editing and reviewing your order.
      **If you want to order prints in other finishes, in more than one size or from other albums, repeat steps 3-5 before clicking on Add to Cart.

     

    How do I order prints of selective photos from my albums?

    What file types do you accept for prints?

    • JPEG
    • PNG
    • PDFs, PSDs and AI files will need to be converted to JPEG or PNG files before being uploaded to EZPrints.

     

    What is printed on the back of my prints?

    The following will be printed on the back of your print:
    • An ezprints.com order number
    • The date/time the print was produced
    • The first 40 characters of your image's title, if it has one.

    Why are some images missing from my PhotoPass gallery when I view it on the EZPrints website?

    Certain properties and Characters that might be photographed at the Disneyland Resort (such as Star Wars locations or Marvel Super Heroes) are protected by contractual agreements that restrict Disney from transferring their images to a third party such as EZPrints. Once you purchase and download your PhotoPass photos from your Disney account you will be able to print, share and create products with them for your personal use.     How do I create a personalized item or a photo gift?

    1. Hover over the category tabs in the top nav and click on the product you want to create.
    2. On the category page, choose the product or design that you would like to create, click on the item.
    3. On the product page select quantity, color, type, or any other options available and click Create Now.
    4. Personalize your product. If you have saved albums, some of the images will show up on the left. Click on the one you want to use. Or, click on Get Photos to get new images for your product.
    5. Clicking on Get Photos lets you choose images from your existing albums, upload them from your computer or import them from one of these sites: Facebook, Flickr, SmugMug, Picasa.
    6. When you click on the photo you want to use on the left, the chosen photo appears on the product you have chosen.
    7. To edit the photo, click on the image area within the product. You will see the design tool or image editor under it. Explore zoom and tint options or move your image around for best results.
    8. or products that feature design templates, click on the Design in the menu on the left of the page to access available templates. Some templates can have more than one photo. Add each photo in the same way and use the design tool to edit.
    9. Add text if the chosen template has a text area marked 'T'. Click on it to open the text edit box. Type in your text and click 'Done'.
    10. Click on 'Preview' wherever available to see what your personalized gift will look like.
    11. When you have finished editing and previewing your gift, click on Add to Cart.

    How do I create a card?

    1. Hover over the 'Cards & Stationery' tab in the top nav and click on the type of cards you want to create.
    2. On the resulting category page, click on design that you wish to create.
    3. On the product page select paper type, colors, and quantity. After options have been selected click Create Now
    4. Personalize and design your card - choose a template, add photos and text. You can use photos from your existing albums, upload them from your computer or import them from one of these sites: Facebook, Flickr, Picasa or SmugMug.
    5. You can preview your photos in various designs available in the template tray on the left of the page. Click on each to apply it to your card. To change the template, click on the new template you want to use.
    6. Add text wherever applicable by clicking on the areas marked 'T'. Enter text and click on 'Done'.
    7. You can also create full bleed cards with just a photo and no design.
    8. For folded cards, add your design and photo to the front and personalized text to the inside of the card.
    9. When you have finished creating your card, click on 'Add to Cart'.

    What are the types of cards available and how are they different?

    You will find the following types of cards on ezprints.com

    Flat Cards: Paper cards in 3 finishes - felt, pearl and matte - in varying pack sizes. Available in different sizes. Suited for invitations and photo announcements.

    Folded Cards: Folded, matte paper cards in two sizes. 3.5"x5" cards are available in varying pack sizes, appropriate for Thank You cards. 5"x7" folded cards are available in packs of 10 and 25 and are appropriate as greeting cards and thank you cards.

    Photo Greeting Cards: These are high quality photo cards measuring 4"x8". Paper type options include glossy, matte, lustre and metallic. They come in varying pack sizes and are suitable for holiday cards, invitations and announcements.

    Eco Cards: Eco-friendly cards are printed on 50% Recycled content (10% post-consumer and 40% pre-consumer waste) and are FSC certified. Envelopes are made of 30% recycled content and FSC certified paper. Two types of matte finish, eco cards are offered: 4"x5" notecards and 5"x7" folded cards. Both come in varying pack sizes with envelopes.

    How do I use the photo editor to edit my photo on any personalized item?

    You can use the photo editor to change the tint of your picture, to crop it by zooming in and to reposition it.

    After adding a photo to your personalized gift, card or other item:

    1. Click on the photo within the image area of the product.
    2. The rectangular edit tool pops up just under it. Use the slider for a zoom in and zoom out effect on your photo. This way you can decide how much of your picture you want cropped.
    3. Click on the tint tool to change your photo's tint to sepia or black and white.
    4. Click and drag the 'move' icon to reposition your picture.
    5. Use the 'Revert' arrow to go back to your original image.
